Director of Decision Ministries & Camp Decision Pastor, Family Worship Center, Port Orange, Florida, served as Youth Minister until 1998, started Camp Decision in 1990 1984 RHEMA Graduate Married to Cathy (“the most beautiful woman in the world”) for more than 20 years

Spend one hour with Ray and you will discover that his heart beats for the youth of the world. He has dedicated his life to the vision of Decision Ministries, to seeing young people realize their potential in Christ and discover the greater life of walking in the Spirit. His goal is to teach teens that they have to reach their own generation for God.

john mazza

To say that John is radical for Christ and youth would be an understatement. He lives to see the youth of the world changed, re-arranged and set on fire for the Master. His ministry in the States and at Decision Ministries events around the globe proves that he truly believes that young people can be Planet Shakers.

aaron & angela pendleton

Aaron leads the life of a servant in all things. His heart is to further the vision of Decision Ministries by whatever means necessary. He lives to show youth that being wild and crazy for God is the only way to be. His ministry allows young people to see the heart of a true worshiper. Angela has been a huge part of administration and helping with Camp Decision as well as many aspects of the ministry. Her heart is to see the vision of Decision Ministries carried out with excellence.

charles cousins

Charles, who is originally from Dover, Delaware, moved to Florida in1981. He attended the inaugural session of Camp Decision in 1990 as a youth, with the then youth pastor Ray Dubois. In 2006 he was awarded the opportunity to play in the Camp Decision Band which was a dream come true!  Charles is very excited as he begins his journey with Decision Ministries to help reach the youth of this nation and beyond!
